The Bikecircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm is famous far beyond the region for its demanding trails – experts call it Austria's leading mountain bike destination. No wonder freeriders and bikers from all over the world flock here every summer.

What makes the Bikecircus so special? State-of-the-art gondolas that carry you comfortably to the top whenever you're not in the mood for the climb. Ideal for beginners and families!

Got a taste for it? Here's a selection of our favourite trails:

BUCHEGG TRAIL AT WESTGIPFEL
Difficulty: blue · Elevation: 235 m · Length: 1.5 km
This new trail in the lower section of the Hacklberg Trail is a beginner favourite. Starting right at the Westgipfel mid-station, it's flowy and easy to ride, with plenty of small tables, turns and rollers for fun and variety.

MONTI TRAIL AT KOHLMAISGIPFEL
Difficulty: blue · Elevation: 380 m · Length: 3.2 km
The Monti Trail runs from the Kohlmais mid-station down to the valley over generous berms and wooden features. Designed for families and beginners – the perfect, relaxed introduction to freeriding.

PANORAMA TRAIL AT KOHLMAIS
Difficulty: blue · Elevation: 400 m · Length: 4.1 km
With gentle tables, berms and rollers that can also be ridden at a slow pace, the Panorama Trail is ideal for beginners wanting to start freeriding while enjoying stunning views over Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

BLUE LINE AT REITERKOGEL
Difficulty: red · Elevation: 498 m · Length: 3.5 km
Designed with beginners in mind, the Blue Line is a blast for speed junkies too. Banked corners, small jumps and flat northshore features give every rider the perfect flow – and it's noticeably easier to ride than the Pro Line.

HACKLBERG TRAIL AT SCHATTBERG WEST
Difficulty: red · Elevation: 600 m · Length: 6 km
Perhaps the best of them all: from the Schattberg over the Westgipfel down to Hinterglemm, this singletrail runs over long grassy ridges, speed sections, small jumps and rollers into the valley. A must for anyone craving airtime – from beginner to pro!

Z-LINE AT ZWÖLFERKOGEL
Difficulty: red · Elevation: 450 m · Length: 4.5 km
Made for ambitious freeriders who want to let loose – but touring riders will love it too. Berms, wall rides and drops always have a ride-around option, while tables, rollers and northshore features can easily be rolled at low speed.

PRO LINE AT REITERKOGEL
Difficulty: black · Elevation: 428 m · Length: 2.3 km
This playful freeride line at Reiterkogel winds through open woodland and rocky sections. Brilliant root passages, big drops and extra jumps make it seriously action-packed and tricky. If you dare, branch off onto the notorious Evil Eye Trail.

X-LINE AT SCHATTBERG
Difficulty: black · Elevation: 1,015 m · Length: 6.3 km
Up top, a flowy singletrail with spectacular panoramic views awaits; from the Schattberg mid-station down, things get more demanding, with plenty of northshore features and tricky trails. Nearly at the bottom, you get to choose – a relaxed descent to the valley station or the adapted adidas Slopestyle run.
